NHS Eligibility
Persons who are unable to leave home unaccompanied because of physical or mental illness or disability are eligible for a fully funded home eye exam. iSight At Home Provide a wide range of spectacle and lens options. If you are unsure if you qualify for a free NHS funded test, please see below.
- Aged 60 or over
- In receipt of the following benefits or credits: Guarantee pension credit
- Registered blind or partially sighted
- Suffering from diabetes or glaucoma
- Have a prescription for a complex lens Under 16 and in full time education
- Over 40 with a direct relative who suffers from glaucoma
- Considered by an ophthalmologist to be at risk of glaucoma
- Working tax credit and named on a tax credit NHS exemption certificate Income support
- Under 19 and in full time education
- Income based Jobseekers allowance
- Named on an NHS certificate for full help with health costs (HC2)
- Child tax credit and named on a tax credit NHS exemption certificate

Free home eye test
iSight At Home will visit your home and conduct a comprehensive eye test. We will provide various frame options and assist you in choosing a frame that is right for you.
Receive glasses
We ensure that the frames you have chosen are fitted with your prescription and our optician will bring them to your home within two weeks.
